Screw this place. They don’t give a care if you have an appointment and if you are calling and standing at the door, EARLY for your appointment. They will ignore your call and try to stand where you can’t see them. And don’t be surprised when their voicemail box is full, so you can’t even leave a message. They will “close down early” BEFORE your appointment that is SCHEDULED and turn you away. Absolutely zero professionalism. Do NOT do business here.

Do NOT go here to get fingerprints. The service was incredibly slow, as they only had one person working for the entire office today. The worker there had to leave in the middle of the appointment to get alcohol wipes. My fingerprints also were rejected, as they could not capture good ones. Never have had fingerprints rejected before.

I had a great experience. They helped me get insurance very fast when I was in a hurry and kept in contact with me every step along the way as I ran around trying to get the information they needed. They walked me through the policy and modified things as I ask and explained suggested modifications to get me the best deal. I'd recommend them to anyone.
