I have had a fantastic experience with Donna and Carolyn! Even though we notified them over a month late about the sale of our house, they still went above and beyond to refund the full amount due that I had paid. I truly appreciated their understanding and quick response. They were also incredibly helpful when I was in a car accident and needed to file through the other person’s insurance. They clearly explained the steps that I needed to take and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. It’s rare to find this level of service and support—highly recommend!

I indicated that State Farm was overpriced, however it seems that all insurance is overpriced. I also understand that due to all the disasters in the US that insurance companies have to raise prices to remain profitable. Additionally, if they are not profitable then they cannot afford payouts to their customers. Thank you, Lynn Bullard (State Farm), for your friendly and competent service!

The BEST insurance agent! I use them for all my personal and investment properties. Lynn and his staff are always so helpful, answer all my questions, and are quick to assist with any claims.
