Lynda Housley - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had a very frustrating experience this office. From the start, communication was poor; my emails and calls often went unanswered. When I finally did get a response, the information provided was inconsistent and unclear. It would provide me absolutely zero direction for my next steps I needed to take. I also had MANY issues with a claim that took an unreasonable amount of time (more than 2.5 months) to resolve. All of which this time I was left without a vehicle to do anything or go anywhere. No efforts were made to even try and help me find a temporary solution. I think I got a total of 3 phone calls during this time, and it was THEM asking ME where things were at with the claim? We are very happy with the customer service we have received from Lynda and her staff. We have had AAA insurance for the past 6 years and our premium kept going up and our policy kept going down.
