This is by far the worst company to ever deal with collision repair shops also don't like to deal with them I've been waiting on the adjuster to look at my claim for 3 weeks now come to find out she was never looking into it lorinda luna is her name and I hope no one deals with her or her supervisor jessica or maria medina horrible system no one answers and when they do it's the sales department who then transfers you to claims which is them picked up by sales again horiible horrible experience oh and also I was hit by their unlicensed driver who ran a stop sign which is on the police report but they are still trying to find who is liable unbelievable company there's probably like 2 employees there that actually try the rest are just there for a pay check again do not get insured by them a

Nice people understanding and know what they are doing. They give quotes . Can find cheap insurance elsewhere. Though very irritated that I have to come in and sign paper saying I no longer want insurance cause they keep giving me the run around. Not suggested to get insurance here I'd go else where. Make sure and read all documents because they say you have to tell them 10 days before that you cancelled insurance through them. Thanks for putting me and my family in a bind. And they won't cover for overdraft fees either
