OMG above and beyond are small words for this agency!! First let me start by saying I was a customer of my local All State Agent in Southington. I was unaware (or didn't pay attention) that they had closed and my account was sent to this agency. I was not thrilled that it was further away and I could no longer just "pop" in if I needed anything. With that said.. I have added and removed vehicles and drivers to my policy in just the last 8 months and never an issue. Then a driver on my policy was pulled over and given a ticket for not having insurance. Marlena and Lyle went out of their way to get me the paperwork, the proof and even right a letter. Not happy that they changed agencies. It caused us to miss a payment and they threatened to cancel a policy that has been in existence since the 90's! Looking to get a new company as soon as this Summer hits. You don't insure classic cars correctly!
