Yesterday I had a terrible day , I had tried to get ahold of my insurance and called many numbers. I couldn’t reach a human on the phone. But Marc was the only person who returned my call and although technically I wasn’t out of his agency he took me under his wing , he went out of his way to make sure I was able do what I needed. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. He stayed on the phone with me until we were able to do what I needed to do. After all that I found an amazing agent for my self. Now we are going to work together. I’m definitely very thankful I came across Marc. Thank you so much for your time Marc. It was later in the day and I wasn’t expecting such a caring kind hearted experience. You are truly what this world needs more of!
