We have had our health insurance with the LSS Insurance Agency for the past several years. It’s a wonderful business to work with. We especially like the yearly meeting where they (Ashley is great at explaining what will change with our insurance plan for the new year) ….which really helps us understand the plan we have! They are always willing to explain any questions we have. Thank you LSS insurance! You’re the best.

LSS Insurance is the best. They have been assisting my family members for many years. Now they are helping me. I trust them and their guidance as I move toward my retirement years Ashley has been helping me with my Social Security and explaining my Medicare options.

As a new person in town, 2025, I wondered who had the integrity that I needed to help with my insurance coverage for unknown health challenges. LSS Insurance Agency has giving me amazing service. The research charts LSS had created, gave me a visual that helped me see which insurance company would be best for me in 2025. That choice made the greatest benefit. My wife and I once again attended their Medicare advantage plan update meeting. Ashley communicated everything clearly and completely. We are continually impressed with the quality of service that they give. Our agent, Mandy, knows who we are and goes above and beyond and always acts in our best interest. In a very confusing market with so many options, it is a great comfort to not have to make sense of everything on our own.

I have worked with LSS for several years to help me find the meat Medicare providers and they have been wonderful. I highly recommend them. They were extremely helpful with my husband’s long list of drugs and when my mom moved here. Ashley and her team are the best.
