We've been using Farm Bureau for our home insurance, auto, liability, etc. We have never had an agent who was more willing to assist us. He's answered calls late in the evening when we've needed support. When my younger son was pulled over, for example, and couldn't find his insurance card he called Chase at 9:00pm or there about and Chase sent him a screen shot of the card and then stayed on the phone with him until the traffic stop was complete just to make sure my son felt like he had everything he needed. When our van broke down in Sardine canyon we called Chase about a tow truck, Chase called and found a trailer and was going to come pick us up. Even though we had insurance for a tow truck he thought it would just be faster and easier to come pick us up. We ended up not needing him t

Worst experience I've had with an insurance company. They charged me $2,300 TWICE...... AFTER I had canceled my insurance with them. Causing me to to go into the negative in my account and have absolutely no access to my money. I asked them to pay my overdraft fee's because this isn't my fault and they're making me go through all these loops and stuff that I shouldn't be having to do. They can't provide you with any help either and you're not allowed to speak with their billing team.
