Stay clear!!! This insurance company is a scam! I’ve been trying to get my car fixed for over a month! The company has been HELL to deal with. I can’t get anyone on the phone and when I do they give me the 800 -# to file the claim well it’s been a month! I finally just went and purchased another car! I was on hold one day for 2 hours and 13 minutes. Sandra Morales was supposed to be my adjuster. Well I’ve left her 81 messages and got one call back at 9:40pm on a Wednesday night. I missed that call tried calling back and it’s 2 weeks later. Still nothing. Can you say as God is my witness, I will always choose quality over this cheap insurance.

Great rates..lowest I've found so far.... I went from $168 liability with aaa insurance to $88..montly. 2006 crv..also I had them in years past..had an accident th we y paid the claim no problem.. no issues at all.. great company..

I absolutely love this location. The fact that this location was opened on a Saturday and they stayed well over 2 pm to make sure I had the best rate. I called around to other locations, but the patients of Mario on the phone, made it an easy decision to come to this location They even call me back a couple of days later to give me a lower rate. I highly recommend this location. Thank you!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with and insurance company . They were very deceitful, ratchet and very very unprofessional. They say one thing then you get there and they change it. You provide the paperwork they ask for they ask for more. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this company. Save yourself the headache and Don't go here. Go to Progressive, State Farm, Allstate even the General any where would be better than this place .

Horrible, they quote you one price on the phone and change it once you get there. The office was filthy! The agent, had no ampathy. I don't think I will do business with them again.
