Barbara Collins - State Farm Insurance Agent

My State Farm Insurance office under Barbara Collins is awesome! Whenever I call with a question, the office staff seems to know my voice immediately and are very quick to access my information in their system. I have been with this office for more than 20 years and the service has not changed. Special kudos to Ken who has been a blessing to me when I needed timely info. When he says he is going to return a call by a certain time, he does so. I've had some pretty tough questions, but he patiently researched my item and provided great feedback. Also, the receptionist is so courteous and efficient. Great office...great staff😊

Ms. Collins has always provided excellent customer service. Ms. Collins has been my insurance agent for many years I would highly recommend her to anyone.
