Loya Insurance Company

Not happy. Loya accepted documents via email initially but suddenly won't accept them for a drivers renewal. What primitive system are they using to verify information?! Service is very poor, Loya website is very primitive.

Insurance tries to take a payment 18 days prior to renewal without the insurance not knowing if I was not going to make any changes like take cars out of my policy and the credit they owed you do they wait until the end to credit you back and their deductible is 1500 not less than that not happy at all with this insurance just leaving the review to save some headaches to others . Investigated very good and ask this question ahead of time because the will get you and no letters where sent that they where going to get the money almost 3 weeks early

I love this insurance their very efficient Cesar always takes good care of me.
