Lori Ronchi American Family Insurance

AMFAM reps at this office are kind and it's helpful having a real person answer the phone. However, we have had to follow up after changes have been requested and several times changes were made and were wrong and had to contact them to correct their mistake(s). We had hoped that going with a local AMFAM office would make changes easier.

We've worked with Lori Ronchi for many years. Being satisfied customers, we continue with her services at American Family. Lori is very knowledgeable and available. She's answered our questions and helped guide us through our insurance needs and options. Lori is very pleasant. It's wonderful that she has an office locally where we can sit down together. When we've had claims, Lori has guided us through the process and directed us to the right department, keeping things running smoothly. We highly recommend Lori.
