Absolutely HORRIBLE service!! Called Melissa on Thurs....brought all my information Friday. GOT A great quote....but of coarse the system at progressive would work. Melissa said " I will figure it out and call you right back " Now it's Monday. I have to pay my overpriced insurance by Wed. Left a msg at 8am. Left another message at 11am explaining urgency. At 1230 a girl said I'll leave a note on her desk. At 2pm Melissa isn't in again!!! Terrible service I can only imagine if I had a claim!!! Stay Clear...the Customer doesn't matter to Melissa anyway!!!

Called twice to get a quote and never received a call back from Madison. Contacted another insurance agency and received a call back the next day and have already obtained insurance. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere for your insurance, don't waste your time with Holden Insurance.

I started working with Charlie Johnson at Holden Insurance and let me tell you that it’s the best decision I have made for our business. Not only has he found us the best policy for our company’s needs but he is also the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring agent I have ever worked with. Never again will I have to deal with insurance related stress as Charlie has me covered. If I could give 10 stars I would.
