I cancelled my policy after being with them for a year because my premium went up $10 within that year. I went with Progressive instead. I was only with them for two months because they doubled my premium due to a lack of me, signing some papers and returning them. I do tend to let my mail pile up so I take responsibility for that. They also charged me $20 more because of two wrecks that I had on my record. I was told that, although they were no fault of my own wrecks that it still showed up.
