Had Homeowners with this company and our AGENT was TYLER HENRY. After this last Hurricane, we filed a claim and continued to get the run around with this claim and contacted TYLER several times. TYLER would take over a week each time to contact us back and after the last message we left for him and 10 days later, my husband called him back since obviously he doesn't want to call anyone back and help patrons with the policies in which he sold and they trusted him enough to purchase. During the conversation regarding "why did he sell us a policy that we couldn't use?" He didn't like that so TYLER hung up on my husband and now we are with ALLSTATE. TYLER HENRY is NOT professional and he will be the downfall to this business....so buyers BEWARE this agent is not helpful and only interested i
