Their team took the time to educate me on my policy and answer my questions so I fully understood my coverage. Whenever I call, I can speak to a real person who is helpful and knowledgeable. After 10 years with an online insurance company, the difference in service has been significant. I highly recommend them.

Customer service is very slow, they rather talk amongst each other than help the next person in line Isidro is very rude and disrespectful, he accused my husband of stealing only because he grabbed our car keys from the desk! Highly recommend State Farm with Marcia Garcia, 5 star customer service! Save your time and money.
