Fred Loya Insurance

I have only had negative experiences with this location. There is no customer service offered to customers by this establishment. The client has the belief that staff are arrogant or reluctant to offer assistance, which I can attest to being absolutely accurate as a client. It's the staff, not the insurance, that's the problem. ##boycottfredloyainsuranceinporterville IF I CAN GIVE THEM A HALF A STAR INSTEAD OF A 1 STAR. TRUST ME THEY DESERVE IT.

I don’t know why they say they’re open at 9 when they’re not. I called and spoke to someone at a different location and they confirmed they open at 9. She suggested I call before going in so they call and see if someone’s there. Wth

People in the office are nice, but you need to read the contract and now just sign papers i learned about that the hard way.

Good customer service. They helped and gave me a good deal.

Just went to pay my insurance and they’re on lunch until 3 pm. It’s not even 1:30 yet… I also have gone in the morning to pay when they’re “opened” and they’re not there.
