Paid for a commercial insurance policy and 3 months later my policy was canceled because of non payment. They never forwarded the money to the underwriter. They fixed it after I called them, but this is unacceptable. My building was uninsured for a period and they did nothing until I called them on it.
Been using Lone star insurance for the past 8 years for commercial insurance and Hilary and her team has alway have giving our company vip service one the best company and have given us the best prices
Hilary is amazing. Always helping with best home and auto rates. Even helped with renters for my college kids apartment. Staff always super friendly!!
