Samantha is, hands down, the best insurance agent we have ever worked with. She helped us from beginning to end, always followed through, and made the process so easy. It was also helpful that the cost for us to move over to Farmers was was significantly lower, but she already had me with her kindness and thoroughness! James was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with me and pleasant and respectful at all times. He quickly got back to me when I needed to ask questions or did not understand something and he treated me like I was a valued customer. I had been with my previous insurance company for 40 years and it was becoming costly. Farmers was not my first choice and not the best deal that I found but people like James are what makes a company the kind that I want to do business with and I wanted to do business with James.
