After 20+ years of business with this agency. Once the ownership changed rates changed. We had always felt like we were being treated fairly until the end of last year. I sought rates from another company with less deductibles and more coverages. To our amazement the rates were a huge savings. When my concerns were brought to the agency I did not get a response just. Just sad to have to move from a local provider who we used for so long.
