Claim Number: 1486251-252671 I honestly don’t understand why anyone uses David Pope as an agent. His entire job seems to be sending out yearly renewal packets trying to push you into a more expensive plan. But when you actually need help, he disappears. Progressive’s inspection on my roof didn’t match what a well-respected local contractor documented, so I asked for a re-inspection. The first thing David did was bring up an old claim — a classic tactic to guilt-trip you before you can even explain why you’re calling. When I asked him to get the re-inspection handled, he flat-out said he can’t request one, but he could “email the person who denied it and let them know there’s a discrepancy.” That’s it? An email? What exactly is an agent good for if he has zero ability — or zero willingne

Worthless. I used them because my parents had for years, but just learned that the check I sent them somehow didn't go through, and Progressive sent me a letter telling me they were resending (rescission?) my policy. Called and asked what to do, and they said to just call Progressive myself...? Bro. That's literally what you were for... Save yourself the trouble and just get insurance directly. Skip this worthless middleman.
