If I could leave zero stars, I would. I left pictures of my totaled car that was a result of a FedEx semi veering over the road line and sending me into the highway barrier (also pictured to show how bad the accident was). Despite a police report confirming the FedEx truck is at fault, and numerous methods of contact (e-mail, mail, phone) I am still awaiting compensation from the accident on October 15. The insurance adjustor I was given, Ray Nordo, from this company will not answer any phone calls at any time of day. I have contacted him, as have two other insurance adjustors from my insurance company, and haven't heard anything beyond his excuse that he just received the file (it was sent three weeks prior four times). I was hit by a FedEx truck nearly 4 weeks ago. I've been trying to contact an adjuster to help me get my car fixed ever since. I've left dozens of messages, sent a quote via email, and I still haven't received a single call back, from my adjuster or his supervisor. This adjuster is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent and reflects poorly on FedEx as a company. I wouldn't wish this kind of hell on my worst enemy. Don't ever get hit by a FedEx truck.

FedEx driver backed into my parked truck on May 21st. It took a month of calling around to find a claim number and get an adjuster. I have left 2 weeks worth of voice mails. Every time I call, I get either a full inbox or it goes straight to voice mail. Have yet to actually talk to an adjuster.

Nicolas is unprofessional. He does not return phone calls, has made false statements, is short tempered and should not hold the job he has. It has been over a month and I am still getting the run around. I was also hit by a FedEx truck at no fault of my own. This company should be shut down for their incompetence. Do better and retrain staff.

I received a check in the mail. I had no idea it was related to my pending case with FedEx until I googled it and found these reviews. Really, there was no info included. And the return address on the envelope was an entirely different claims mgmt company. All strange and shady. But at least I got a payout!
