Working with Jan was an absolute dream. She and her team were attentive, thorough, and thoughtful in the care they took to outfit us with our new insurance policy. As first time home buyers, the process can feel overwhelming, but Jan took the time to walk us through the policy with detailed explanations and answers to all our questions. I cannot recommend the Loewen Insurance team enough! You will be in capable and caring hands.

UPDATE 2/23/26 - Thanks for the politically incorrect response. Still not addressing my concerns, just shows more that you do not care. I normally don’t take the time to write bad reviews for bad service, but when I feel dismissed, I feel compelled to write a bad review. Jans office took over our policy a few years back and there will always be changes when that happens, I understand that. When they took it over, our policy sky rocketed, which I understand insurance in California is expensive and only getting worse. I always asked why we were paying so much, and I always got the, “The Insurance companies just can charge what they want”, answer. “You’re lucky to get insurance”, I was told. I've had Loewen Insurance Services as my insurance agent for years - personally and for business. I absolutely love and trust Jan and her team! She's always been available to help answer questions, clarify things on the insurance policies I don't understand and no matter how busy she is or what's going on, she and her team take care to communicate. This is one of my most favorite services I appreciate - as I'm never "alone" with my insurance. I know her team is there to support and provide great customer service and care.
