I was with Kathy Crim for many years and she was AMAZING. When my account was transferred to Kathy's office, she called and introduced herself and the team. Kathy reached out on a regular basis to check in. ZERO communication from Carmel or her team since Kathy retired. When I reached out to find out what needs to be done to add another person to my policy it took Carmel's office almost THREE DAYS to return my call. And it gets even worse - on Feb 26, I happened to look at my online account and noticed a car was added to my policy that I don't own and they removed my Accord from my policy. When I called Carmel's office, I was told "Corporate" replaced the vehicle on the policy and there was no record of who completed the transaction. They escalated the change "to corporate". Now al
