Our local agent is fine, but it’s incredibly difficult to contact the CEO/ Headquarters. I tried to this AM to register my disgust with CEO Tom Wilson’s pathetic lecture to American prior to the Sugar Bowl game last night regarding the NOLA radical Islamic terrorist attack. Hey Tom, focus on insurance and zip it on geopolitical issues. If you’re looking for an insurance company, go elsewhere
