This company dropped the ball severely. They did not share necessary communication and our policy lapsed and the carrier refused to renew even over a year later because of it. If we received any notice of renewal we would have responded! Also found out 2 years later they wrote the wrong type of policy for another house. Very frustrating experience with this company and location. Looks like others have had the same problems

The worst insurance agency I have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. Would like to give them less than 1 star. I am new to the area and I like giving my business to the local businesses. This choice was a mistake. When the Insurance company they wrote my new home owner's policy with decided to not re-new for no legitimate reason whatsoever, the agency never even attempted to find replacement coverage. I have owned properties for over 40 years and have never filed one single claim. They want to blame the insurance (Andover Company), but I blame Christine Duquette, my account manager at B&B. She never contacted me when she received the non-renewal notice. Do NOT go there. There are plenty of good agencies in the area.
