I wish I could give this company a zero star rating, We've had this insurance company since 2011 and always paid on time and even a year in advance with income tax return money. My husband's car was just liability insurance at the time we wanted to get a price on how much it would cost to bump it up to full coverage and he made it clear he didn't want to do it at that point in time over three times to the secretary. She gave him a quote later that month Erie took our payment running our bank in the negative because she went ahead and upgraded his insurance anyway and when my car was hit parked in front of my house because the other driver also had Erie after my car repair was paid by "their insurance" our insurance rate "mysteriously" went up again, so my husband called. I've been with Eric Livengood for over 22 years. They've always been pleasant and responsive. I always felt well taken care of. Anytime I had a question they would explain and, in a way, teach the in's and out's of my insurance. I've had both Home and Auto insurance. I would highly recommend this company.
