I hadn’t been keeping up with my life after my back surgery and I received an email from State Farm and I was able to prevent the canceling of my coverage by sending a short email to my agent and telling her my situation and she response was so swift I was still in the waiting room for my neurologist appointment. Lol I’m just happy that I have such a good agent to help out and it makes me feel good.
