Brent is the best. Very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding of my urgency. He rocks the customer service skills!! I had an urgent need today and he went way above on helping me out and getting it done fast. Also save me a few dollars to top it off!! I even had to contact him at a later time to fax some paperwork and he got it done right away. He made my experience with State Farm remarkable! Kudos to Brent with all his knowledge and customer service skills!!

They are terrible people. I had it set up to have insurance here then they put my policy under another person's name. I noticed bc the price went up really high. They said they would fix it and not to pay it. Then they closed the policy due to lack of payment now mind you they said not to pay it that they would have it fixed. Then they "fixed" it by charging me the price of the other person's policy. They also doxed me and the other person. I have their driver's license info. They have mine. Your info is not safe. Run from this place.

I got insurance in Aug. 2025 and started getting notices my insurance was canceled. Called Brent every time I got ad he assured me everything was ok which was wrong!!!! Today I went to the office and talked to Morette and she got me reinstate. She was very helpful, calmed me down and straightened the mess up. She is one great person!!! I will not deal with Bret ever again

I’ve had the pleasure of having two great insurance agents, Brent and Candy, that have been great with helping me understand my policies better and have gone above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. I would greatly recommend asking to speak with them for all your insurance questions. Brent and Candy are definitely amazing insurance agents.
