The rudest customer service I ever encountered! I was calling to get a quote and explained to the Witch on the phone my needs as id seen Erie insurance listened on their website...… She said if you don't have a Hodges insurance policy or want a Hodges insurance policy I can't help you. Therefore I told her since she'd like to be rude I'll go elsewhere. People should leave their personal attitudes at home

Allison Westmoreland has been my insurance agent for several years. She is AMAZING. She always promptly helps me with my questions and changes to my policy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. I can't thank her enough for helping with my most recent move. I ended up having to change my policy twice and she made it super easy. It's better late than never. This occurrence took place in February 2022. I was calling around for an estimate for whole life insurance and Hodges Insurance caught my attention based on their positive reviews. So, I’ve decided to give them a call. Well, let’s just say things didn't go well for me at Hodges. Chris, an insurance specialist there, gave off the impression of being professional—that is, until he shared an email he sent to the underwriter. He wasn’t aware he included me in the email.
