Leticia is an awesome person. She goes out of her way to help you when you have questions concerning your insurance. In all the years I’ve known her she has always been a ball of sunshine and her first priority has always been her customers.

If i could I would give them 0 star please do not come to get insured with these people. when my insurance policy was going to be over i went ahead and got i different insurance company. My new company was treating with my old company directly but LIZ went and renewed my policy with out contacting me which they still kept charging me. I Called the insurance directly cancelled it. but now I'm in collections because of Liz. I called once again to kemper specialty to see what was going on, when I got to talk to an agent it was Liz & she didn't want to own up to what she had done. she told me to call my agent and talk to them BUT SHE IS MY AGENT!!! horrible horrible services !
