I been here for a while but recently been up charged for a little bit of context, I been signed up with with my parents to save a few bucks and everything was going well my parent was paying $680 a yr and I was paying $850 monthly until recently, for context my parent drive a 2003 car with 250000 miles on and I drive a new dodge car with at the time 100 miles. Now that we went they raised the price for the 2003 car to 850 monthly keep in mined it has 250k miles on it, we complained in person and there excuses is that there on the same policy and no help so we called to complain to the higher ups and we told them and they told us they don’t need to give us a heads up about price change if it’s under 30% $850x 6 months is $5100 compared to the previous $680 yr I believed is a little bit high

Great Service!! I went to go get insurance after purchasing a brand new car, I was able to get insurance the name on my car and I also was able to add my oldest daughter to my policy. It was such a great price for the 6 months to be covered. The highlight of the day was being greeted by an amazing humble most polite agents I've ever met but it turns out he was the birdman and he welcomed me and such a way that made me feel appreciated for walking in and asking questions that he had answers to. Five Stars For Mr. Max!!

The service was OK but the prices are definitely outrageous. The way they try to charge you $350 to open up a policy as a broker fee and they’re still open about it and they’re like oh no we cannot lower that price it’s like OK bye I’m gonna go shop around somewhere else, I understand you have to charge a broker fee, but 350 is kind of a high fee and they go based off your record. I don’t think a broker fee should depend off your driving record because you’re not even insuring me. The third party is you guys are just the middle man anyway I didn’t purchase it. And the way they explain everything is annoying I just wanna buy a policy and they take hours to give you quote are u guys that’s helpful with claims too ? or just call the 1800 number defy staying away from you guys
