Linda Lane - State Farm Insurance Agent

Got a great quote then when I switched insurance to them. Only to find out the quote did not come close to what I ended up with. I canceled when I checked paper work. I already paid the bill so now I have to wait to get my refund money needed to get insurance somewhere else. I wasn't even told that the premium was different than the original quote that's what bothered me the most.

It's ok but too much for me as not ever having a ticket, wreck great driving record, Sry but I've had Geico over 17 yrs best insurance company and real good prices on full coverage...

Best choice I ever made going to this office. Staff is always courteous, accommodating. I have always had knowledgeable people help me. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of insurance.

So glad not to be with this office anymore. Paul has been the rudest customer service person I have ever run in to. If you want to be degraded then give him a call. I really feel sorry for the rest of the staff that have been very good but it's not worth going through Paul.

State Farm dropped my car insurance after 45 years with the company... because of a 2 months Delinquency. That's loyalty for you.......
