Kevin Hewitson: Allstate Insurance

I was so happy when I transferred my Allstate insurance to Crystal River after I moved! Kevin has gone out of his way to make sure I have what I need on my policy and even helped me figure out homeowners policy. I was so impressed by actually getting a Human being every time I call! Thats big! Thank you Kevin for providing the best customer service I have ever experienced in insurance office!

Called Mon. Interested in auto quote, & looking for office. Spoke w/ Cindy said office was closed, but she could give me info over the phone. She only took my name, address and birthday. Couldn't see how she could find info when she knew none. Rec'd quote back she filled in other than I have. Wasn't happy. Not going with them.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. Easy to work with on claims, fair prices. They are a small office, but there is always someone there, or they will call you back asap. Very nice staff. I think insurance in general is too high for people with clean records, but it is what it is.
