Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage

I was over paid by accident and now since they overpaid me they are trying to keep the money my mother wanted my son to have from her policy! Even after I told them I can make monthly payments until the money is repaid. Horrible company and and even worse customer service. Nothing is done in a timely manner. Please do not buy a policy with them as it will only bring more trouble and headaches during the most difficult time for your loved ones. AVOID BUYING A POLICY AT ALL COST!!!!

When my mom passed she had a few policies. Two other agencies were very rude. The agent from Colonial Penn talked to me as if he was paying me money straight from his pocket. I was surprised and taken back a bit. I really had to jump through several hoops to prove my case. Didn't appreciate that one bit. The agent at Lincoln Heritage was so nice. First and foremost she gave her condolences for my loss. The customer service was awesome and she had my paperwork processed the same day which was great because I needed to pay for the service and cremation. I highly recommend this insurance to anyone.

I inquired about this company to send information. The next day tonight July 3rd 2023 one of their reps is at my door. No calling ahead to set up an appointment. I told him he was rude and to go away. Why would I want to do business with a company so unprofessional and disrespectful

Terrible company.. one of their scam artists Wayne Simmons called me on Friday told him I'm all set...Saturday he showed up at my house un invited with some girl..I see this guy walking to my door .I opened the door .he already had my screen door opened ready .. no mask 2 ft away from me.did not care about my health or my family's..he should be fired immediately..

Terrible service, would never use again. Changing life insurance policy for my loved ones
