Just stay away from them! 0/10 recommend. Shawn the alleged manager is so rude and dismissive. Working for a dealership where we would have love to send business to this place, Shawn ruined all chances. Doesn’t believe in customer service at all

I had the displeasure of speaking to one of your agents by the name of shawn and he was incredibly rude and not helpful at all, his customer service skills is in need of a lot of work.

I had an insurance with these people but for some reasons I canceled 2 days after,they ask me to wait 60 days to get refund,3 months has passed I couldn't see my refund yet I went there,Noone knows where is my refund check, either can give me a reasonable explanation why the insurance take so long to get my refund check
