Antonia is amazing to work with! I had to quickly buy a new car, transfer plates, and update my insurance, and she handled everything smoothly. She was super responsive, spoke with the dealer, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate how helpful she and the whole agency are, and she went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I gave this agency way too many chances and I got burnt. They gave me the best price I could find and that’s why I stuck with them for so long. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I had over three times situations that their staff messed up paperwork which caused problems in our insurance. The first case was when we had to take pictures of the car which we did in the right time frame. They had no record of us taking the picture and because of this we weren’t covered for our finance car for over a month. when their staff finally noticed this they notified us that they had no record of us taking pictures of the car. My financing company threaten action because we didn’t have insurance on the car that was financed. thankfully I save the receipt of the pictures been taken

I love the staff here! Toni and Crystal are great! They've helped me with so many things insurance through the years; new cars, old cars, refinancing and buying homes, etc. Very personal touch where you dial and someone actually answers without the need to push a button for this or a button for that. Only downside is they are closed on weekends which has held up purchasing of vehicles in the past.

I am one of their customer since 1988 when I purchased my house. Later on I felt very comfortable and moved my cars. Then it become one stop shop agency. If I need any personal or business requests, I usually call and I never disappointed during all this years
