The lady in the back of the office is very rude. She talks to her workers like there nothing. How she tell them they can go work at mcdonalds. Her desk always a mess. They’ll lairs. And they tried to get over on me. Shes claiming she paid my insurance and i have to pay her back. First of all you didnt have my permission to do that. I recommend someone higher pay them a visit.

Honestly disgusted on how unprofessional this office is. My mother has had insurance from this company for year now we have had on going issues with constant letters from the DMV notifiying us our car has no insurance. We call Debbie, and like always constant lies that everything is okay that the dmv messed up. 2 weeks ago we happen to be at the dmv office and out of curiosity I asked them about a letter I recieved from the DMV over a overlapse on our insurance notifiying us that they also cancelled the registration of our 4 vehicles. The lady at the DMV explained that they had sent the insurance office multiple letters waiting for a response of prrof of insurance. Do to there IGNORANCE, I had to pay a fine of 8$ per day for the amount of time the insurance overlaps. So we ended up paying

Debbie is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help rectify a situation that I had. She fired the employee who was rude and unprofessional. She even offered to help with the pricing and I am very impressed on her professionalism and I am very happy that we decided to stick with Lighthouse Insurance and work through all the issues that we had in the beginning. Debbie is an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond to the point of even giving out her personal cell phone number if you have an issue and she’s always readily available to help. The other employees that work there as well are fantastic. Ryan is a huge help and has a lot of information and is able to answer questions when needed. I look forward to continuing having a great relationship with them!
