He helped me choosing the right plan by explaining what is covered and what is not covered, what the copay and what the deductible and out of pocket amount are. He took the time answering my questions before I made my final decision and helped me navigate the plans with the doctors and hospitals that I have been using. Once I got the plan, he also followed up with me about receiving the membership card. He answers phone calls, emails and text messages without any delay.
