This company doesn’t deserve even this one star. It doesn’t inform the customer that it canceled his policy!! And for no apparent reason!! This company doesn’t care that the customer is driving on the road totally uninsured and unaware that his insurance company chose to cancel the policy without notifying him. This company needs to be seriously investigated. One of the worst businesses ever. Costly and expensive. Taking hefty monthly payments to treat its customers like garbage.

I experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. A few weeks ago, while shopping for auto insurance after being ripped by my previous provider; I had the blessing of bumping to the most professional insurance agent there is in the business. From the start I received from Allison a royal treatment, she did go beyond all expectations and took the time to explain everything in detail. Not only I was able to obtain a certificate for defensive driving which ultimately helped me get a better deal but she made it for me a very rewarding experience. Allison is without any doubt doing an extraordinary job and she does it with passion and exceedingly dedication. I am so impressed !!! what a remarkable person and company. Liberty Mutual Insurance has a customer for life !!! A

Do not use liberty mutual for any reason. Go anywhere else but here. Every insurance place is better than this one.
