All of a sudden, I find that Liberty mutual dropped my renewal coverage for two vehicles. Tried to log in, nothing. No Policy linked to my email. If I was not careful enough to check my insurance card in the glove compartment, I would have driven without coverage not knowing that they are no longer going to cover me without sending anything prior notice Via mail or email or text as they have my information for more than 20 years. Please consider dropping them before they drop you without notice for no obvious reason.

Victoria Dillard got me a home renters and auto policy when I moved to NC. She got me excellent rates! Her work ethic is exemplary.
