These people are crooks raising your insurance rates so high that it's hard to afford it , and doing it in weeks and months. Customer service is horrible. So trying to contact online app instead of emailing I text and don't get a response. Like they hiding from you and know what they are doing to you. Had a claim on a truck that was insured by them and never received payment for my lost of my vehicle . I just no one to deal with crooks like this and been with them over 20 years.

Been with Mr. Solomon since 2005 or 2006. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love the agents there. They're like family.
