Leonetti Insurance Agency

My name is Lyn Rubenstein. I was a client of Chubb and Leonetti Insurance Agency for a number of years, around 20 or 30 years +/-. When I decided to use a safe and indicated to Leonetti Insurance Agency at the end of 2025 that I did not want any further premiums taken from my Chubb account as of February, 2026, those wishes were ignored completely by Leonetti and Chubb, after having been a loyal client for those many years, at least 20+ years. When the February premium was not put back into my bank account, as I had asked Leonetti Insurance to do so, both Chubb and Leonetti ignored me completely.
