Rich Kahmer raised my homeowner's insurance at two points within a year creating a 60% increase. I attempted to contact the office multiple times after the first increase and got no response, always directed to Allstate corporate. When the second increase happened I got a run around for weeks. They created a new policy close to the original price for the following year but never refunded me for the needless over charge.

Rich and his team are the best in the business. I have worked with a handful of agencies over the years and they are by far the best. They saved me $ on my home insurance and auto. Highly recommend !
