I have really enjoyed working with Pat Richardson as my insurance agent. She is always friendly, kind and genuinely willing to help whenever I need anything. Since working with her, my premium have actually gone down, which has been a huge relief. Pat is reliable, easy to talk to and truly look out for her clients. I’m grateful for her excellent Service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy Insurance professional. I have had a great experience with this State Farm team. Mrs. Pat is so professional, pleasant and patient. She takes her time in explaining the information to you. She likes to ensure you understand before proceeding. My family and I are so at ease knowing that my agent is a constant courteous professional, equipped to manage my coverage needs and has a genuine interest in the safeguarding us through proper insurance.
