Totally incompetent. Doesn't properly inform you of American Family Insurance policies & procedures. Which ultimately leaves you in the dark & with the short end of the stick. American Family seems to be a good insurance company but Agent Bernard Uptgrow is NOT. Do yourself a favor & find a different agent, their are plenty!
1⭐️ is strictly for this location not the company itself. I don’t think this location is open anymore I’ve went to this location twice during the course of 2 weeks and no one is there. I’d try a different location if you need to speak with someone.
He raised my insurance $500 without warning or telling me why.
Piss poor customer service, please choose any other agent.
