Where to begin I should’ve known better. Sometimes it would take three or four days if not a week to get a certificate sent out. And when they sent it out it was 3:45 AM. No correspondence throughout Covid. Except with my auditor. The next thing I know I got a cancellation from NYSIL. Still no correspondence from Lehman, easy rate quote, or Golden Grove Ins. I do not know what the name game is with this company. And then finally when Mr. James gets back to me it was at 11:56 PM on New Year’s Eve with a real nasty email instead of trying to help me he started my new year off completely wrong. Sahira was so helpful with helping me out with my policy. I expressed my concerns and she explained everything and guided me to what should I do to get my problem resolved. Ms. Mercedes is very professional and has a great attitude, when I call she greets me very kindly and helps me out very fast. Thank you.

My experience here was horrible...sad part is someone recommended me to this place...I spoke to a girl named Janay which she claims to be the office manager..she was very rude,unprofessional and nasty...to think I was going to give this place a second chance since she took my information down and was told I was going to get a phone call back and never did...I called back to see and spoke with the same person she never even bothered even giving me the service I needed! Never again...

Stunningly poor service. As numerous others have stated, Andrew from this company personally insulted me when I asked why the quote he presented featured a cost that was literally quadruple what the price actually quoted as premium was supposed to be. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned!

this company is THE WORST most DISRESPECTFUL business I have EVER dealt with. The guy Andrew who works there is unprofessional insulting and not cult. he cursed me off the phone after failing to do his job to help me with a claim....... BEWARE. if I could give negative stars I would.
