The day after Christmas, my family and I were traveling back from Columbus GA after visiting our families for the day. Just north of Skipperville, we hit a deer. Everyone was fine, but there was some damage to our vehicle. When I reached out the next day, Lee’s staff quickly got us on track with the claims process and answered every question I had. End story, State Farm and, in particular, Lee’s office, made the entire process smooth and efficient. Estimates, repairs, rental, communications, everything....what I had expected to be tedious and a pain, was really seamless and stress-free. Thank you again for your help!
