Amber Gilley helped me out so much today. She stayed on the call with me for almost an hour and answered all my small questions. She was very patient and nice. She found me a better insurance policy on my car than what I previously had. So I have to truly thank her for assistance and wonderful customer service. 10/10 experience.

I absolutely love working with this company and their employees. Everyone is so nice and welcoming when I make payments or have questions. The people at the store were very attentive to my questions that I had, never making me feel like a burden or anything. I could tell that they really cared and were trying to give me the best insurance for my first car. As a new car owner I was very nervous and unsure of what insurance company to get a policy from, but after working with the lovely ladies at enterprise store, I can say that I feel that freeway is a great company to choose.
