I have been with Lee Ann since 1990, and she is an amazing person. She is not just my insurance agent, but family. Lee Ann has also always gone above and beyond what your typical agent's job. would be. She watched my children grow up and when they got their first cars, she made sure they were covered. So if you need an agent and want someone who will give hands on services, then I highly recommend that you contact her office and ask for her or her son, Brice.

UPDATE: Lee Ann Sullivan will lie about anything to cover for her mistakes. After my family and extended family have used her as our Allstate agent for decades now, she will lie about emailing you, calling you, it's absolutely disgusting. I have given her too many chances. I'm done with her and Allstate. I'm ready to take my chances with anyone else at this point. Do yourself a favor and don't work with Lee Ann Sullivan. STAY AWAY!! I have been paying for coverage with Lee Ann Sullivan for at least 15 years. Let that sink in, and consider how much money that is. I have total coverage, minus rental reimbursement. I recently was the victim of a hit and run. That should have been the worst part of my experience, but in fact working with the assigned Allstate insurance adjuster and Lee Ann Su

I'm only giving 4 stars because I haven't had to file a claim so not sure how smooth that process will work. But so far I haven't had any problems. I definitely really like my agent Ms. Sullivan. She is very helpful. She explained everything about Allstates policies so I could understand what I was getting. She was able to get me better coverage at a lower price. If not for my agent I would still be paying too much for insurance. So thank you Ms. Sullivan😁
